Privacy Policy

What we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: June 23, 2026

Code1tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”) publishes mobile applications (the “Apps”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our Apps. It applies to the Apps only.

Summary

  • Our Apps are designed to store your data on your device, not on our servers.
  • We do not require an account to use our Apps.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not track you across other apps or websites for advertising in our current Apps.
  • If you contact us or send feedback, we receive only what you choose to send.

Because our Apps are built around on-device storage and no sign-in, we collect very little information about you. The sections below explain the limited cases where information is involved, and how the picture would change for any App that is supported by advertising.

Information stored on your device

Our Apps may store the following locally on your phone or tablet, where it stays unless you delete it:

  • Content and items you create (for example schedules, lists, names, or sound choices)
  • App settings (such as volume, appearance, and notification preferences)
  • Status information used to run features correctly
  • Custom audio files you choose to upload or record
  • Short diagnostic and session logs used to troubleshoot app behavior

This information stays on your device unless you delete the App, clear app data, or explicitly share it with us (for example through feedback or support email). Uninstalling the App generally removes locally stored app data. We do not have access to this on-device information.

Information you provide to us

If you contact us, we may receive:

  • Your email address and message contents (if you email support or use in-app feedback)
  • Optional diagnostic or session logs only when you submit a bug report and choose to send feedback by email

We use this information only to respond to you, improve our Apps, and fix problems.

Device permissions

Depending on the App and features you use, our Apps may request:

  • Notifications — to alert you at scheduled times
  • Alarms & timers (iOS) — to schedule lock-screen alarms where supported
  • Exact alarms (Android) — to fire alarms or reminders at precise times
  • Microphone — only if you choose to record a custom sound

You can deny or revoke permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work without the related permission.

Crash and error reporting

To keep our Apps reliable, we may use a third-party crash and error reporting tool (such as Sentry). If enabled, it collects technical diagnostic information when the App encounters a problem — for example, crash logs, device type, operating system version, and app version. This data is used only for reliability, debugging, and security. It is not used for advertising, and it is configured to avoid collecting unnecessary personal information.

Information from app stores

The Apple App Store and Google Play may collect information about downloads, purchases, and device data according to their own privacy policies. We may receive aggregate or summary reports from them, which do not identify you individually.

Advertising

Our current Apps do not display third-party ads, and we do not collect advertising identifiers or track you across other apps or websites.

Some Apps may in the future be supported by advertising. If an App shows ads, this policy or that App’s supplemental notice will say so, and the following would apply to that App:

  • An advertising provider may collect limited information through its software, such as a device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), IP address, and general usage signals, to deliver and measure ads.
  • On iOS, where required, you will be asked through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before any cross-app tracking occurs, and you may decline.
  • You can limit ad personalization at the device level using “Limit Ad Tracking” (iOS) or “Opt out of Ads Personalization” (Android), and reset or clear your advertising identifier.
  • Under some state laws (such as California’s CCPA/CPRA), the use of advertising identifiers for targeted advertising may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Where that applies, we will provide a clear opt-out and honor applicable device opt-out signals.

How we use information

  • Provide and maintain the Apps
  • Deliver app features such as alarms, reminders, and notifications
  • Respond to support requests and feedback
  • Diagnose crashes, bugs, and reliability issues
  • Where an App shows ads, deliver and measure those ads as described above
  • Comply with law and protect our rights

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:

  • With service providers who help us operate the Apps (for example crash reporting, email delivery, or — where applicable — advertising), under confidentiality obligations
  • When required by law, legal process, or government request
  • To protect the rights, safety, and security of Code1tech, our users, or others
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice where required)

Children’s privacy

Our Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because our Apps do not require an account and store data on the device, we generally do not collect personal information from any user. If you believe a child has provided us personal information (for example by emailing us), contact us at supportcode1techcom and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Data retention

Data stored on your device is retained until you delete it or uninstall the App. Support emails and feedback are retained as long as needed to handle your request and maintain reasonable business records, unless a longer period is required by law. Crash and advertising-related data, where applicable, is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Because most app data is stored on your device, you can often exercise these directly by deleting your content, clearing app data, or uninstalling the App. For anything we hold (such as support emails), contact us at supportcode1techcom and we will respond within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

California (CCPA/CPRA). California residents have the right to know the categories of personal information collected, to access and delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing.” The only personal information we typically hold is what you email us (such as your email address and message). We do not sell personal information. Where a specific App uses advertising as described above, we will provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” option for that App.

EEA / UK (GDPR). Where GDPR applies, our legal bases are your consent (for example, for optional crash reporting or advertising where used), performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Apps, and compliance with legal obligations. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Data security

We use reasonable measures to protect information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Because most data stays on your device, keeping your device secure is the most important protection for your app data.

International users

If you use our Apps from outside the United States, information we receive may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your country.

App-specific disclosures

Individual Apps may collect additional information or request additional permissions depending on their features. Where that is the case, the App’s store listing and any in-app supplemental notice will describe it, and those disclosures form part of this Privacy Policy for that App.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with the Apps or through the app store listing and change the “Last updated” date. If we make a material change — for example, enabling advertising in an App — we will provide notice in-app where appropriate. Continued use of the Apps after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
